Welcome to Reggae Mountain Lounge! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our venue for events, parties, or any other gatherings. By booking and hosting an event at Reggae Mountain Lounge, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Noise Levels: Respect our neighbors and keep noise levels within reasonable limits, especially during late hours.
Clean-Up: It is your sole responsibility to ensure the proper clean-up of the event area. The property must be returned to its original condition within the designated rental time. Failure to do so may result in the utilization of the security deposit provided at the time of booking, specifically allocated for cleaning expenses.
Abandoned Items: Reggae Mountain Lounge will not accept responsibility for any items left on the property. The renter is required to promptly remove all personal belongings and event-related items following the event.
Alcohol Policy: If you plan to serve alcohol, comply with all local laws and regulations. Ensure that guests of legal drinking age are served responsibly.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility. Designate a smoking area outside and provide proper disposal for cigarette butts.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be refunded upon inspection after the event, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.
Insurance and Liability
1. The Host is required to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for the event, including but not limited to coverage for property damage and personal injury.
2. Reggae Mountain Lounge and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Locate Gems”) are not responsible for any damages, losses, or accidents that occur during the event.
3. The Host agrees to indemnify and hold Locate Gems harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the event.
No Kids Policy 1. Reggae Mountain Lounge is an adult-oriented venue, and no individuals under the age of 18 are allowed on the premises. 2. The Host is responsible for communicating and enforcing this policy to all potential attendees.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1 Dining Reservations:
– Strict Timing: Adhering to a strict reservation time policy, no refunds are allowed within 24 hours of the reservation.
– Rescheduling: Flexibility is key – reschedule up to 12 hours before the reserved time.
– Cancellation Fee: Cancellations before 24 hours of the reservation will attract a 5% bank transaction fee.
2 Event Space Rentals:
– Cancellation Deadline: For a valid refund, event cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
– Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 7 days of the event will attract a 5% bank transaction fee.
– Rescheduling: Flexibility is key – reschedule up to 24 hours before the reserved time.
3. Bar and Food Purchases:
– All purchases at the bar and for food are final.
– We do not offer refunds for consumable items unless there is a quality issue, in which case we appreciate immediate notification to address the concern.
Security and Access
1. Reggae Mountain Lounge reserves the right to implement security measures as deemed necessary for the safety of all attendees.
2. Access to certain areas of the venue may be restricted, and the Host and attendees must comply with all security measures.
Compliance with Venue Policies
1. The Host and attendees must comply with all posted venue policies and guidelines.
2. Violation of venue policies may result in the immediate termination of the event.
We want your reservation & event at Reggae Mountain Lounge to be a memorable and enjoyable experience. By adhering to these rules, you can ensure the safety and satisfaction of all attendees while preserving the integrity of our venue.
